However, one of the most effective ways to find a new role is through networking.  For many, this is a difficult process.  They may have been in one company for a long period of time and have limited external contacts or they may find it difficult to pick up the phone and talk to people they do not know.

This forum will allow those seeking career moves to request information and help from others.
