Cost leadership is a key strategic driver for many organisations.  By maintaining effective controls and maximising use of resources, these organisations are able to  gain strategic advantage within their markets.

We are seeking to develop long term relationships with our clients.  We seek to do this by adding value rather than cost.

We view recruitment as a multi stage process: -

 

1. We will work with the client to define the requirement in terms of experience and qualifications and develop an understanding of the company culture and the market environment in which they operate

2. Develop and agree with the client, the strategy to systematically identify and attract appropriate candidates, typically by: -

  • Direct search 

  • Database search

  • Advertising – press or trade

  • Advertising on the Web

3. Conduct selection Interviews against the specification and the organisations values and beliefs. Establish a shortlist of candidates who most closely match the requirements.

4. Support our client in the final selection from an agreed shortlist. If necessary this can be further supported by the use of psychometric testing.

After selection we can advise on the appropriateness of proposed offers and check references
